Engine Bay of the WN1 and the WN3 compared.
Most Champ owners will be familiar with the engine bay of the WN1 Austin
Champ. But may not be quite so familiar with the engine layout in the civilian
model the WN3.
The WN3 is fitted with an Austin A90 motor using the same solex carburetter
as on the WN1 but with no waterproofing. The same radiator and gearbox are
fitted, but as seen here the aircleaner is replaced with a battery rack
for the 12 volt system.
