The 277 [A & SH] Fld Regt was formed in 1961 by merging 277 [Highland] Fld Regt RA [TA], 402 [A & SH] Light Regt RA [TA], R [Clyde] Bty from 357 [Lowland] Light Regt RA [TA] and 888 Location Bty RA [TA]. In 1967, the regiment was reduced to P and R Btys The Lowland Regiment [v]. |
