Paul Davies contacted the Register after purchasing the vehicle off e-bay in September 2007.  The photos top left is from Paul.  The others are from the e-bay advert.  Paul says "The Champ is in reasonably good condition for a 50 year old. The left front wheel is not conected as it should be and I will be conecting every thing this weekend so I can push it into the shed for refurbishment. I have a spare front diff assy plus all the trims and more that are off the vehicle. Purchased on ebay for $3600 and now in Hervey Bay Queensland. Manufactured 9-5-55,  Vehicle/chassis no 16000, engine no 58087, engine type B40 no1 mk5a(unf), miles on the clock 19000, engine still turns with the crank handle, bodywork is good but a closer inspection is required this weekend, as far as I can see it is in original condition which it will be when refurbished. I bought my Champ on ebay for $3600 or so and picked it up in a valley called Mandaluck Chase which is in the mountains above the NSW Central Coast, about a 3000km round trip from here but well worth it."
