 History:

Frank contacted the Register in April 2009 and supplied the botton four photos: "The vehicle was registered in German in1960 by Karl  Eppenstein living in Solingen (near Köln).  I bought the car from his son Uwe in Dec 2005, and began with the restoration.

Sold on e-bay from Germany Nov 2005 for 2,500 Euros.  Top photo from e-bay and shows BOAR locking petrol cap. Underbonnet No: C/WR/959271/540/99
