History: I have owned this one for 20 years and
restored it 3 times in all. I bought it from up north of England
and it is in London UK now. It has the snorkle and full weather
equipment. It has spent a lot of time being my only mode of transport
and has been very reliable, all but the 3 back axles and some
rotten wiring behind the dash. In 1980 I had the roof, wheels
and search light stolen by the British army who were restoring
one, I was able to identify my stuff and after a court hearing
was able to recover it. I've been to rallies with it and driven
it around Europe. 20 years ago I would take it to pop festivals
and sleep in it ! I once converted it to run on propane, it ran
really well but nowadays propane is hard to find here so I took
the conversion off. It actually runs better on propane. chassis
