The photo is dated 21 May 60 and shows the CO on parade during Army Air Corps move from Uniacke Bks to Harrogate. From the look of the troops, it seems to be a cadet unit.  Notice the Anti-Freeze marking on centre of bonnet. The formation sign [n/s of bonnet] is War Office Controlled Unit [Lion on crown over red/blue background]. Notice the white bumper tips, webbing strap, hub caps and hoodsticks painted up for the parade.
