In August 2008 the new owner contacted the Register: "Thanks to the club website I found some information about a car Iinhereted recently here in Belgium . These are nr I found so far : B40 mk 2a/..? engine nr 25.. ?6/VEH/55.. and chassis nr 973. The belgium registration dates the car as 1950. Half a year ago the owner was driving it occasionaly , unfortunally he remouved the batteries , and all I understand is that there is place for 4 , the car seems to be 24 V , Alternator , distributor , starter etc are made for use in water . How can I replace the batteries, and how is the car started there should be a starter button or so? The car is installed like a recovery truck?"
