Tony contacted the Register in April 2009: "Hello, I am the proud owner of two Champs I have just bought, they are in need of some restoration, but i hope to have them on the road for War and Peace show along with my 109 lwb Military  Land Rover."   Tony's other vehicle is WN1-10086.

Sunbsequently, Tony supplied the photos of the markings in March 2010:

60 on red/yellow: Senior Armoured Recon Regiment [Royal Armoured Corps] TA in a TA division 1961-67.

Formation Sign: Yellow oval with red.  These indicate:
Kent and County of London Yeomanry [Sharpeshooters] [TA] of 44 [Home Counties] Division [TA] 1961-67.
The KCLY [TA] was formed in 1961 by the amalgamation of 3rd/4th County of London Yeomanry [Sharpeshooters] [TA] and the 297th [Kent Yeomanry] Light Anti-Airdcraft Regiment Royal Artillery [TA].
The formation sign bumper seems to have more colours, but these are impossible to work out from picture.
